Due to the intimate nature of our products, we want you to shop with confidence — here's how returns work.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and hygiene liner (if applicable) intact
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items where the hygiene seal/liner has been removed

Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale/clearance items
• Gift cards

How to Request a Return
Email support@divalace.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and an address if your item is eligible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, request an exchange instead of a return — email us with your order number and preferred item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
